SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
- Program Description
Aarcon Driving School offers SMS notifications to students and customers who opt in through our website or enrollment forms. These messages include appointment confirmations, driving lesson reminders, schedule updates, and customer service communications. - Cancellation Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message received. You will receive confirmation of your opt-out status and will no longer receive SMS messages. - Support Information
For assistance, reply “HELP” or contact us directly at (937) 317-4433 during business hours. - Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. - Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on enrollment and lesson scheduling. - Supported Carriers

Participants must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent. - Privacy Policy

General Terms
By enrolling in or using services provided by Aarcon Driving School, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, as well as all applicable State of Ohio laws and Ohio Department of Public Safety (ODPS) driver training regulations.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Driver Education Program Compliance (Ohio Requirements)
Aarcon Driving School operates in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 4501-7 governing driver training schools.
Teen Driver Education Requirements (Ages 15½–17)
- Minimum 24 hours of classroom instruction
- Minimum 8 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction
- Completion of all requirements is mandatory before receiving a Certificate of Completion
- Students must hold a valid Ohio Temporary Instruction Permit Identification Card (TIPIC) before driving
Adult Driver Training (18+)
- Programs are customized but must meet state minimum safety and competency standards
- A valid driver’s permit is required for behind-the-wheel training
Scheduling & Attendance Policy
- Lessons must be scheduled in advance and are subject to instructor availability
- Students must arrive on time with a valid permit/license
- A 15-minute grace period applies; beyond this, the lesson may be canceled and counted as a no-show
- Aarcon reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or instructor availability
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
- Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the lesson
- Refunds are issued in accordance with Ohio law and only for unused services
- Administrative fees may apply to cancellations
Student Conduct & Safety
- Students must follow all instructor directions and traffic laws
- Unsafe, reckless, or disruptive behavior may result in termination of services without refund
- No use of drugs, alcohol, or impairment is permitted before or during lessons
- Aarcon reserves the right to refuse service if safety is at risk
Vehicle Use & Liability
- Training vehicles are fully insured in compliance with Ohio law
- Students are responsible for following all safety instructions
- Aarcon is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events
Certificate of Completion
Certificates will only be issued when:
- All required training hours are completed
- The student demonstrates adequate driving proficiency
- All payments are paid in full
Certificates are submitted in compliance with Ohio BMV requirements.
Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, curriculum, and website content are the property of Aarcon Driving School and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
Disclaimers
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Aarcon Driving School does not guarantee:
- Passing of any driving test
- Issuance of a driver’s license
Student success depends on individual performance and adherence to training.
Limitation of Liability
Aarcon Driving School is not liable for:
- Missed appointments due to incorrect contact information
- Delays caused by external factors
- Actions of third parties
Registration & Account Responsibility
Students agree to provide accurate and current information during enrollment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Unsafe behavior occurs
- Payments are not completed
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be handled within Ohio jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with the revised effective date.
